Return and Refund Policy for Journal Mart

At Journal Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help!

Return Period:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exempt Products:

The following types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Gift cards.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@journalmart.com and send your item to the following address:

Return Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
